“The pool was really nice and new, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms needs to be updated, it’s moldy and the floors are dirty, the kitchen is old, the cabinets are old and the cabinet doors don’t close, some of the cups are chipped, kitchen knives too old and the bath towels are too thin”

“Room was very clean Staff was excellent 💯 Bar was very nice and the staff was good Breakfast was good too you have a American breakfast and a Filipino breakfast The ONLY THING WAS THE HOT WATER TO SHOWER WAS NOT HOT I WAS TAKING A COLD SHOWER BUT I WOULD STAY HERE LOVE THE PEOPLE AND THE STAFF TOTAL 4 STAR”

“Location of the hotel is just a walking distance to the Hundred Islands wharf area. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Pillows are huge and bed is comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the hot water was so hard to control the heat. There were tiny ants on top of the table. They have a “no stain” policy on their bedsheet, pillow, towel, or you’ll be charged with a fine. Spa massage was good. Rose gave us an excellent massage.”

“Room was clean with pleasant smell.Staff were very helpful and pleasant to talk . Overall high quality of service.”

“The place is nice but the downside is the shower area is clogged the whole time and I saw a roach in the bathroom. They need to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Good breakfast though it would be nice if they offer more variety. Good place to hang out with good amenities like pool table and karaoke. The pool is nice and clean.”
